Shukhobrishti, the largest mass housing project in the country is developed by Bengal Shapoorji Housing Development Pvt. Ltd. - a group company of Shapoorji Pallonji And Co. Pvt. Ltd., one of the biggest names in construction and real estate industry in the country today.

Developed on 150 acres of land, the township Shukhobrishti, aims to provide affordable homes with facilities usually associated with high-end residential complexes.

There are 20,000 apartments built exclusively for low and middle income group of the society. Shukhobrishti has set a new benchmark in terms of quality and design for the affordable housing segment.

Shukhobrishti once completed will be home to nearly 1,00,000 people. As per Urban Ministry norms, this can be termed as a "B" class municipality. The first few phases of Shukhobrishti are now complete, and is already home to about 8,500 families.
